New Years is usually all aboutthe champagne, but this year I am going to spice things up with a ColoradoBuffalo. Now, there is some disagreementabout the actual name of this drink.
Some call it a ColoradoBulldog, but most Colorado Bulldog recipes I’ve seen don’t have the shot ofMorgan. So as far as I’m concerned, thisdrink is a Colorado Buffalo, which is, for all intents and purposes the productof a White Russian and a Morgan Coke getting drunk and having a baby thattastes like a rootbeer float...only with booze!
Ice
Place all of the ingredientswith a tall glass with ice. Use a strawor stir stick to mix. Consume.
