Okay, okay, okay. We all know I looooove a latte.
I love a latte even more whenit mimics a coffee shop latte and when it has protein powder, because then itcounts as breakfast AND it’s delicious.
This latte is noexception. It’s brimming with all of myfavorite fall flavors and bursting with vanilla (OMGosh – I am so in love withvanilla this fall!) I can’t get enough!
Salted Caramel Pumpkin Latte
1 ½ cups fat free milk
In a small saucepan, combinethe milk, pumpkin, caramel, vanilla, spices, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the milk beginsto steam, removing from heat before it begins to bubble. Whisk in the instant coffee and proteinpowder (if using). Carefully blend themixture with an immersion blender for 30 seconds, or until frothy. Pour in two a mug or two and add the whippedtopping.
Makes 1 “Grande” latte
