Awesome!
When I went to make this pizza I was just happy about the roasted garlic. It's one of my favorite pizza toppings. I had no idea the surprise I was in for. My first bite took me off guard. Sure, it smells wonderful, but the taste. Wow! My mom, step-dad and sister had come over for dessert - ice cream sundaes. They had already eaten dinner, but everything smelled so good they tried some pizza too. EVERYONE just kept saying how good the pizza was. I think next time I'm going to thin slice some roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes to put on the pie too.

Roasted Garlic & Chicken Pizza
From Gimme Some Oven
Ingredients:
2 whole heads of garlic, roasted
1 pizza crust, homemade or store bought {I used Pillsbury regular crust}
1/2 cup Philadelphia Italian Herb & Cheese Cooking Creme
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 to 2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
Dried parsley
Optional Toppings:
Sliced onions, caramelized
Sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
Roasted red peppers, thin sliced
Directions:

Roast the garlic. I used this method.Once cool enough to touch, use a fork to help squeeze the cloves out of the garlic head.Rough chop the cloves; set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Grease and flour a large baking dish or pizza pan.Unroll pizza crust. Using your hands, spread dough out, not too thin though.Using the back of a spoon, spread out Philly cooking creme over crust within 1" of the crust edge. 1/2 cup is recommended - i just put a a big glob on and added more as needed.

Top spread with shredded chicken and garlic.Add any additional toppings now.

Sprinkle a good amount of cheese over toppings. We're going for bubbly and happy.

Bake fore 14 to 17 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden and the crust is browned.Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle with dried parsley.Serve warm.
